DANCE CLASS RATES ~

In Doral Park:

• Group classes of 3 or more students - $20 per student, per 1-hour class.
• Private instructions: One to Two student Classes - $75 per hour, per student.
• Preparation for weddings and special events  - $100 per hour, per student.
  

Outside Doral

• Rates will vary for classes outside Doral based on proximity, and enrollment. Please contact us for details.

DANCE CLASS RULES ~

• Parents/Guardians must sign in and sign out their children at each lesson.
• Tuition must be paid before the first lesson of each month, or a late payment fee of $10 per student will be applied.
• Private Classes - You must pay at the time of the service received and must cancel the class 24 hours prior to the class to prevent being charged for a canceled class.
• All students must fill out an application and liability form.
• A return check fee of $25 will be applied for any bounced check.
• No refunds or credits given for missed or canceled classes by the student.
• Any classes canceled by Geeta Dias will be made up at a later date, and or fees will be adjusted accordingly.
• There will be no classes on: Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, and between December 23^rd to Jan 2^nd.
• No discounts are given for more than one student in a family.
• Geeta Dias is not responsible for children being left before or after their scheduled class times.
• No food or drink on the premises.
• No running, jumping, or unruly behavior will be tolerated.
• Geeta Dias is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen articles.
• Geeta Dias has the right to refuse services to anyone.
• Parents may not interfere in, or watch the dance lessons.
• Family and Friends may only watch the last 10 minutes of each class unless directed by instructor.
• Videotaping, photographing or any recording of dance classes is not allowed.
• Attire: Wear comfortable clothes, gym attire is appreciated, NO tight jeans, low riders or mini skirts allowed.
• Students are encouraged to practice and parents are encouraged to be involved in our program.

I understand the medical risks that may result from participation in physical activity, and I represent to “Geeta Dias” that I am physically capable of such participation without illness or injury. I am participating in this program upon express agreement and understanding that I shall hereby waive and release “Geeta Dias” from and against all claims, actions, causes of actions as a result of damages, costs, liabilities, expenses or judgments, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs arising from or out of my participation in any of the programs offered.
